S：A case of multiple sclerosis since 2001,initial brainstem dysfunction,
followed by cervcial myelopathy 2004/7 and 2004/12,r/o baclofen induced.
Hand numbness persists with tegretol.Right leg weakness and numbness
on 2006/3,recovered.No diplopia.Insomnia.Back soreness.
On interferm injection.Low back pain,on tizanidine 1# hs.Both leg soreness,
weakness and unsteadiness,better.
O：NE：leg 5/5,slightly hyperreflexia in legs.Normal tandom walking.
Pyramidal 0,cereballar 1,brainstem 0,sensation 0,sphincter 0,vision 2,
cerebral 0,EDSS 2.0.
MRI：cervical myelopthy with enhancement.
